Kizik shoes feature a patented internal cage technology in the heel that compresses when you step in and springs back into place, allowing you to put them on without using your hands or bending over.
Do I need to tie the laces?
No! You only need to tie the laces once to achieve your perfect fit. After that, you can simply step in and out of your Kiziks without ever touching the laces again.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. We want to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your lifestyle.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Kizik shoes true to size?
Most of our customers find that Kiziks run true to size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend checking the specific sizing guide located on each product page.
Can I wash my Kiziks?
While we recommend spot cleaning for most models, our canvas and knit styles are often machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Always air dry your shoes and avoid the dryer to maintain the integrity of the heel technology.
